I've been an acute nurse practitioner for a few years now, and being organized is how I don't go crazy juggling 294 things at once. Below, you will find the cheat sheet I use to track the goings-on of the patients I'm caring for. I dislike walking around with tons of papers and opted for one sheet format. It keeps on aware of all the little details, so I make decisions with all the background and context needed to make the right choice.
