Category: Pediatric Nursing Horner syndrome, which may be congenital or acquired, presents with signs of unequal pupils (anisocoria), eyelid ptosis, iris heterochromia and anhidrosis. The syndrome is caused by an abnormality or lesion to the sympathetic chain.
